http://mozillamessaging.com/en-US/ links to "Other Systems & Languages", and none of the localized pages do. (ie: http://mozillamessaging.com/fr)
While providing a localized version of this for every language is probably not the best idea with localization the way it is right now, it would be nice to link to the en-US page with just the link text being localized.
The en-US page has a translation for each localization so someone who doesn't read English should still be able to find the version they're looking for relatively easily, and I think this is better than just leaving them completely unaware that the other versions page exists.

FWIW: I recently noticed that the lack of this link’s presence in non-en-US versions may give trouble when localizing text sections like on https://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/How%20do%20I%20install%20Thunderbird%20on%20Linux#Downloading_the_Thunderbird_archive (staged at this point), as just doing so simply creates invalid info. I managed to handle that for our locale by pointing to the Other systems and languages link at the top right section of the page, but I’d say there’s at least one reason to add the link.
Either way is fine with me, but without the link, it would be a matter of checking validity of written text for other locales when writing en-US support articles. OTOH, it does take some more effort to find the right version indeed if the link is not there (as of course, non-en-US browser versions take the user to the localized version automatically), so that would make it +1.
