mochitest a11y page drawing takes significant time after scrolling

Run python runtests.py --a11y and try to scroll the page, the page gets refreshed after few seconds, if you start searching (ctrl+F) then the page becomes empty until you close the search bar. The only "Run chrome tests" button stays unaffected.
