It's booting up properly but I'm getting an empty phone icon and can't make calls.
Where's it located? (in an office, at your home?) What extension number is it?
My home, x308, connecting to the Toronto Astreix server (caadm01.office.mozilla.org, according to the admin settings).
Log shows it dropped offline at almost exactly 5pm eastern on October 18th. Anything special happen then? I see you using a softphone from the same IP address since then, so I doubt your ISP blocked SIP or anything stupid like that.
Hmmm....I can't think of anything; I haven't changed routers or home network configuration at all. It's possible that I reset my router, but that shouldn't change anything?
Except that your Polycom seems to have always been using port 5060, and your softphone has been using a random upper port. So maybe your ISP is suddenly blocking port 5060? If you want to test that theory, hit your phone with a web browser. Go to the SIP tab, scroll down to "Local Settings" and put in "49982" for the Local SIP Port.
I'll give that a try.
I think this is something to do with my local network after all, I'll re-open if it turns out not to be.
