607086 - remove mozmill/docs directory

The mozmill/docs directory contains out of date sphinx docs.  In addition to being outright wrong and not synchronous with the code, they don't contain much information, and, like sphinx tends to be, they are cluttered with unneeded files and are hard to read.  i for one am in favor of wiping them from master.  any objections?

Second. I don't see a reason to keep those. Personally I have never checked those.

Is this worth being plussed?  should take about 2 min.  There's no real reason to put up a patch its just `git rm -r docs` from the appropriate directory
