According to mrz in bug 607137, this should be smtp.m.o. smtp.m.c doesn't work inside the Build VPN, and maybe not in other places either.
https://intranet.mozilla.org/EmailAccess specifies smtp.m.o, too.
The ISP Database gives mail.mozilla.com for incoming, which is correct according to mrz.

Working version
We need to add
<username>%EMAILADDRESS%</username>
to the incomingServer, but with that change, it works for me, and so r=bwinton.
