When I click on the new tab a new window appears only in the taskbar but in reality(the firefox window) it creates a new tab in the same window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Check the settings
2.Restart Firefox
3.check whether its a problem with my computer
Actual Results:  
No change in this problem it is still the same

Expected Results:  
All tabs are supposed to open in just 1 window(this thing works) and should not put up the icons of a new window(Firefox logo placed one over the other 3 times)

The new window symbol or whatever you call it disapprears when you open 21 tabs

This is intentional by bug 474056. Rob, against which bug we can dupe it?
