Property page is showing black block when i click with right button mouse ps2

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter any page
2.click right button mouse
3. show in top a black block
Actual Results:  
background was black and foreground is white when the text is selected

Expected Results:  
clear background and dark font

no more
