This can be created anytime (ie, not in a downtime) because it will be unused until other landings are made).

Looking at http://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/pushlog?from=68239417ca21&to=181fdc5605d1 suggests that this it is safe to update the tools checkout under /var/www/html/build/talos/tools


The following command needs to be run by catlee, someone with root or after someone chmod g+w's the repository.

 hg up -R /var/www/html/build/talos/tools/ 181fdc5605d1

Assigning to catlee because he owns the checkout.

Catlee updated the repository.  I have logged into a talos slave and verified that this is working and returns the file from that cset.
