Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open two windows of firefox, then sort them left and right (Win+left/rigt arrow key) 2. Click in one window to make it "primary". 3.Then click some link in the toolbar in the "secondary" windows Actual Results: The page is loaded on the primary window (and is very frustrating, if you are doing something important in left window, you want to open something in the right window, but it opens in the important window) Expected Results: Opened the link in the right window
