User text describing changes is saved when creating/editing an article, and it reappears for all future edits. This happens between browsers, same text will appear for user during each edit. 1) create new article> submit for review> submit your changes window add text 'new article'> submit 2) approve revision 3) article edit> add edit text> click submit changes> submit changes window pops up expected: when submitting change the text box is blank actual: when submitting change text box was pre-filled with 'new article'
