It would be more convenient if it can scroll the page to the top when it's at the bottom. Reproducible: Always
Space twice is also acceptable if someone argues that one may long-press space key to scroll quickly to the bottom.

Thanks for filing, ithinc: this sounds like a great idea. Comment 1 raises a good point: just holding down the space bar should not loop back to the top, but rather go to the bottom and stay there. Once the scrollbar is at the bottom of the page, tapping space bar once to go back to the top I think could work. If anyone is willing to write this patch, I'm happy to review it.
