when I opend the MPEG First played it is playing fine but second timeaudio is not coming

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open he VLC mEdia Layer
2) Open file Under Media meNU
3) Browse the MPEg file and  open
Actual Results:  
Observed that user is not able to play the MPEG file

Expected Results:  
User hould be play the MPEG file
How is this an issue with firefox? You are using VLC Media Player to play a file?
