Details
Site uses layers (doesn't sniff for versions of Netscape > 4.x). Sent a note to
the website admin.
And ~10 minutes after I sent the note, the site was updated and now sniffs
Mozilla/Netscape 6 correctly and routes to page w/o layers.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED

(I sent the bug just as I got the feedback from the admin saying the site was
updated).
