We are about to do a big overhaul of the festival content which will require a lot of updates. to alleviate the amount of editing we will have to do with each and every page inthe festival site, I am going to move all generic page chrome to php includes. This means that the pages will have to be edited in php mode and the WYSIWYG editor will not be available. It has turned out that non-devs aren't using the wysiwyg to make edits to the content anyways. Toni and Guillermo; can you please ensure that you have the ability to edit pages in php "input format" - I have set this page to be php: http://www.drumbeat.org/festival/media Let me know if you can't edit that page in php mode and I will check our permissions.
A few questions: a) Who will have access to edit these pages? (What users / roles in Drupal) b) Which pages exactly?

I cannot edit with my account. I've been using html2po and po2html tools for keeping translation up-to-date. I'm really afraid that after that change if I cannot keep a fast way to update things (specially if they are to be frequent)
I don't have user in the festival site (i have user at drumbeat, but like a normal user). I used Toni's tools to made translations

In some hours I 'm flying to Barcelona, i will be offline until sunday morning. The I will continue with localization
We agreed with Ned a working workflow. We will be able to reuse efficienly all previous translations from HTML schema.
this is done for all pages on the EN side. I am working on the ES and CA sides now.
just updated all the en pages in your svn.
all pages (EN,CA + ES) are now updated in your svn. I will update the actual live drupal pages tomorrow.

Updated ca and es as well.
all CA pages in Drupal are now updated with php includes
all ES pages updated in Drupal
