When the window is maximised, the border on the left and right of the toolbar disappears. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to a HTML document that opens popups... 2. Maximise the window. 3. Open a popup Actual Results: The left and right borders of the toolbar in the popup are not visible. Expected Results: The popup should have the styling of a non-maximised window.

This seems to be fixed, now. I'll resolve this to reduce triage's workload.
