I had a Huawei Mobile Broadband modem CE0682 My supplier Virgin Australia I have had not satisfaction off there technical support team I am frizzing up on connection when I broadband Error’s comes up at different times. No’s 1722 633 619 797 668 I run XP home windows My Viruses protector is AVG Free Edition 2011 It seem to work OK with outlook Express 6 I run Mozilla Firefox 5.0 to get on the web After 5 minuets my Huawei lock up I have 5 bars VMTS Virgin to the right of this I have a small icon of a computer green with a green = symbol then to the right a red arrow pointing up and next to that A green arrow pointing down This is when it working OK When it frizzier the 5 bars VMTS Virgin are there but the Computer goes red with a red X The Icon to start back up the broadband program will not appear so I must disconnect the power and restart my computer form a new load up Why is it I’m can not use you modem with out dropping out. Do I have to change and program systems to make it work 100% Can you help at virgin do not under stand what going wrong? I'm sorry but as Brandon already wrote, we are not the support here. This is the developer area of Mozilla.org I'm sure that our support can't help you with your problem if you have problems with your modem. We could only help if the internet connection itself is ok: works in other browsers but not in Firefox. That would be a Firefox problem.
