Seamonkey 2.0.9 totally fails to import any existing imap mail account from previous working (pre 2.0) seamonkey version. Yet all of that information is clearly available in old prefs.js

1. upgrade from seamonkey 1.1.18 to seamonkey 2.0.9

Expected Results:
old existing imap mail server account settings should be automatically imported
