Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. The Feeback pop up launched when viewing the video in http://blogs.hbr.org/video/2010/10/how-to-stop-good-ideas-from-ge.html
2. After the video I tried to scroll down

Actual Results:  
Feedback Popup will retain some portion of the page even when you scroll down the page ( Please look the attached snapshots)

Expected Results:  
It should have just shown the fresh content.

I have had an issue i find very annoying and would appreciate a fix or response as to why this is happening. I have not seen this thus far.
I made a new toolbar to list my ad-dons. It will not stay visible regardless of what I do. The Delicious bar kept coming up each time I tried to make the bar and the bar I made will not list in the view toolbar section. 
I tried rebooting the browser. nothing happened. Tried getting rid of the Delicious toolbar. Good luck with that.

Another issue is the ad-dons. I have many of which only a few work. I wanted to use my Norton Identity ad-don but it refuses to install. Other Firefox ad-dons behave similarly. Ad-don FOX, color management, CoolIris,  custom buttons, Delicious Bookmarks, ( go figure but still the bar comes up, Gmail button, Norton Toolbar, Logitech device connection, PDF Suite Pro, Split Browser.
That's a lot of ad-dons. I am aware that some are not supported because of the companies involved but many like CoolIris should be up to date.

Stanley:  Unless you have some reason to believe that these are Test Pilot bugs (i.e. they stop happening when you turn off Test Pilot?) then I think you would be better off asking for help on support.mozilla.org instead of here.
