Right now we're using breadcrumbs differently throughout the site. The levels are also inconsistent. Even in the wiki app, we sometimes have a "Knowledge Base" crumb and other times not. E.g. we have it in the new_document.html template, but not in the list_documents.html or review_revision.html templates.
When we fix the rest, we should make sure that things pointing to /kb/ ('wiki.home') change to /home/ ('home') to save the extra redirect.
