Please setup static IPs for the new tegras, using hostnames tegra-{004...014}.build.mozilla.com.

If it helps, we already have static IPs assigned for tegra-{001..003}.build.mozilla.com, so these new machines should be setup the same way.

tegra-{004..014}.build.mtv1.mozilla.com are in DNS (forward and reverse) and DHCP
