The Mail toolbar in SeaMonkey's mail editor is very restricted; it has only six buttons; whereas in Thunderbird, or SeaMonkey's Composer component, there are many more buttons to choose from.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a new e-mail message
2. Right-click on the Mail toolbar and choose "Customize"

Actual Results:
No additional buttons are found in the "Customize Toolbar" dialog, except for separators and spaces

Expected Results:
To see "Copy", "Cut", "Paste", "Quote", "Priority" buttons like in Thunderbird.
Confirming as an enhancement request (which technically it is).
