Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. observe network 2. open URL 3. observe network activity Actual Results: No sign of activity. But FF still loads data. Expected Results: a) No activity. or b) Loading data while providing a proper user experience of the loading. Empower the user with a means to stop the loading. FF 3.5.15 stops loading.
