...for the next batch of 80 tegras, plus 2 tegras missing cards from short-order in bug#596166 plus 1 tegra missing card that was donated by jmaher.

These should be the same card, spec as the cards already ordered in bug#596166.

Can you please confirm that this is the part # that you would like us to supply 83 more

The spec of card here looks fine. 

No details specified in bug#596166, but so long as these are the same make/model card, and they're all 8gb SDHC, then it should be good.

Given our experience with the SD cards that we used for the N810s, should we buy many extras up front?

We used SD cards on the N810s where, after one year in production, we had more than 50 of the original 80 cards burn out.

one of the sd cards I was using at home for my tegras flaked out after about 6 months - that timeframe will be very close to what we see in production I predict.
