I can certainly confirm that the site in question tries to get you to download an exe.  I reported that url to the safebrowsing service.
Thanks for reporting.  Resolving this ticket since there's no bug for us to fix and it's already been reported to safebrowsing. Keeping comment 0 hidden for now since safebrowsing service still hasn't picked it up yet.
