when closing firefox the usual way the window dissapears as normal, but when trying to start firefox again nothing happens. task manager reveals it is still an open programme even when it isnt, so clicking end process stops firefox so it can be opened again. also in this new version my add-ons have stopped working.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. close firefox with 'x' in top right corner.
2. try and open firefox again. it wont do anything.
3. open task manager to see its still an open process
Actual Results:
firefox didnt close down properly.
Expected Results:
closed firefox completely.
no special additions to firefox. no special configuration with my computer. bog standard everything.

This is usually caused by an extension preventing Firefox from closing quickly - please follow the steps listed at http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+hangs#Hang_at_exit and post back if the issue continues after trying safe mode, etc...
