page does not allow scrolling down/up by using small arrows bottom right. Must grab blue sidebar and move with help of cursor.

Allow scrolling by clicking on small arrows bottom right side
If you use a fresh profile (http://pimpmycamino.com/parts/troubleshoot-camino can automate launching with a temporary fresh profile), do the arrows work?

Also, you haven't enabled the hidden Mac OS X preference for both arrows at both ends, have you?
