Attachment: "Submit for Review" modal

There are several modal dialogs that still have 'lorem ipsum' instructions in them. They are:

* "Submit for Review" modal: when submitting on New Article, Edit Article, and Localize Article pages (see screenshot attached)
* "Accept this Translation" modal: when approving a revision or translation
* "Reject this Translation" modal: when rejecting a revision or translation

Please let us know what text should go there, or if it should just be removed.
