Steps to Reproduce:
1. Swipe to the left to open the controls sidebar
2. Tap on browser controls button
3. Tap (<1 sec) on the Downloads manager button
3. Quickly tap on the addons manager pane button

Actual Results:
The download pane is shown, but the add-ons manager pane button is selected

Expected Results:
The add-ons manager pane button should be selected

Range is between the candidate build and 11/3 nightly build ( built from changeset http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/0c4fb639c49e )
