output Thunderbird version information to nspr log on Thunderbird startup or any request to start logging (when it someday becomes possible to enable after startup) so that data in the log always has context.

Example, log not attached to bug, user didn't give version information in bug.
example: we don't know what was used to create the log in Bug 553162 comment 18 (which modification of version 3.1, or trunk)
