Details

Since we are requesting a network connection only on a network error, it can take up to 5 minutes (timeouts) until we show a connection dialog. This is way to long and should be as maximum around 1-5 seconds.

Solution: do not only request network connection on error but even before trying to resolve a host at the first time.
