609920 - prod MDN put update_feeds into cron

The production twitter feeds are stale (2 months ago).

Please put this command into an hourly cron
python2.6 manage.py update_feeds

Please tweak settings.py to have 
LOG_LEVEL = logging.WARN to avoid hourly emails from prod.

This has been set up for months:

*/10 * * * * apache cd /data/dekiwiki/www/django/developer.mozilla.org/mdn; /usr/bin/python26 manage.py update_feeds

and from the commmand line:

In production, can you execute the following two SQL commands and pastebin both resuls:
SELECT * FROM feeder_feed;
UPDATE feeder_feed SET feeder_feed = true, etag = '';

There is no sensitive info....

Typo in comment #3, try:

SELECT * FROM feeder_feed;

UPDATE feeder_feed SET enabled = true, etag = '';
