Details

(Whiteboard: [VKB])

STR:
1. go to desktop gmail
2. click on online gmail chat contact's name
3. the VKB appears, but there's no visible text input area (it's hiding off to the right)
4. if you scroll down past the current location, the content no longer updates. All you see is white space.

part (3) is a known problem - we need to scroll to focused content.

part (4) -- do you know if it is an iframe that you are looking at.
Apparently the whole gmail window is contained within an iframe.

Was this incidentally fixed by bug 605618?
I can't load the desktop version from android builds. Mobile versions pans fine and shows no gray areas. Trying on other devices.
I'm having trouble loading gmail at all (!), but maybe Phony could help?
Phony ftw! Again!

I can scroll down the list of messages after the VKB pops up when I click on "Invite". Can we close this out dup'd to 605618?

(There's another issue though related to bug 605618, will file a separate bug.)
