Using a recent nightly build (11/16/00?), when the Sidebar is invoked, AND a
function is performed (e.g., adding a bookmark, moving a bookmark around, etc.),
the Sidebar will not close unless its size is changed (respositioning of
vertical sidebar line. IF no activity is performed within the Sidebar when
opened, it WILL close normally.
Reproducible: Always

assuming I understand this correctly, this wfm in a new winME build.
