61014 - AB list w/description sends to <"description_text"> & fails

Go to AB window
click on new list
fill in all 3 top fields
add addresses to list (include your own address)
click OK.
Compose a new message and address it to the list just created.
Notice the address becomes:  alias_name <"description_text">
Sends fine.

Do a GetMsg operation and notice returned mail because <"description_text"> is
not a valid address (all blanks get removed somewhere in the processing so a
description of "a word or two" becomes "awordortwo" in the address.)

Having the description text in quotes is fine, as long as it's not put inside
the <> syntax (and it actually resolves to the list rather than the name of the
list or something like that.)

It is worksforme except the issue in the bug 129113. 
If you add the list by autocomplete it works fine.

Using branch build 4-29=2002 on winxp, linux and mac os 10.1 this is fixed verfied.
