Details

When opening links from other Android apps, such as Twitter or Facebook and selecting Firefox, if Firefox app is closed Firefox won't load the link and will show the startpage insted.

1. Restart you device to be sure Firefox app is closed.
2. Open Twitter app and click on any link to a website.
3. Choose Firefox on "Open with" dialog
4. "Firefox is loading message" will appear and it will show you start page.

Once you have done the previous process, go to Android desktop and repeat the process again from step 2.

Firefox will load the website since it was already opened.
