When I open firefox it says that a firefox window is allready open and that, that window needs to be closed before firefox can be opened or restart the system neither of which works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.deleted firefox
2.reinstalled firefox
3.still won't open
Actual Results:  
It won't open

Expected Results:  
not as expected

2 of last 3 days I received same message. When I rebooted computer, firefox then started.
