Does not look nice when you squeeze textarea, could compress it to a certain point

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Reduce textarea to a possible

Actual Results:  
Very little textarea

Expected Results:  
Decrease textarea to a certain point.

Yes I'm talking about scaling textarea
Marking as enhancement since textarea seem to scale by design.

Couldn't test with the one from the UTL, given it's not resizeable.
