61051 - [TRADEMARK] NSS in mozilla.org tree has Netscape brands

Split-off from bug 53937. This bug is about the NSS part now.

If you build vanilla NSS from mozilla.org CVS tree, it should not contain
Netscape trademarks other than as contributor etc.. NSS modules must not mention
Netscape as vendor or similar.

Patch is in the other bug. Waiting for review/approval.

Oop, Sorry the notice on this bug must have gotten lost in my mail.

Javi should review the PSM changes. The NSS portion looks good, except maybe the
new vendor. It should be Mozilla, it just looks funny to have the all lower case
'mozilla.org' but I guess that's how it's officially done, so we can go with it.

According to jwz's mozilla.org documentation style guide, the
name of mozilla.org is either The Mozilla Organization or
mozilla.org (all lowercase).

Bob, this bug has target milestone 3.1.2 but must be resolved
before NSS 3.2 RTM.
