610515 - Add "Labs logos for Download" Page

(related to Bug #610514)

As part of the new website redesign, the Image Center on what will be
"Firefox.com" is going to focus only on Firefox related content, and therefore
will not be hosting logos for Thunderbird and Labs.  We'll move that content
over to mozilla.org (as part of what will eventually be a more robust trademark
resource center), and will include a link to it from the Firefox Image Center.

David, let me know if I can help with anything.

I set up a new page for these logos at:

http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/identity-guidelines/labs.html

If we want to change or update anything (like the Weave logo) or add additional Labs logos, let me know.

To also reiterate what Tara said above -- reorganizing and updating the current Trademark information on mozilla.org would be worthwhile to do.
