Details

Whenever individual records fail to be applied and the server returns 'failed: [...]' in the response to a POST, it should log these records since it's likely a bug on either the client or the server.
When the server encounters one of these, it pretty much sends all the data we have back to the server. I'm not sure logging it on the server-side would accomplish much. Marking it as WONTFIX unless we have a specific use case where we think it'd be useful.
