Poor Locking on Adress Book Files

Details
If you start mozilla, you can go to a dos prompt and rename, edit, etc address
book files. This is fine. If you open the address book (Ctrl-5), the file is
locked and I can't make any modifications to it in a dos prompt. This is fine
also. After I shut down the address book component, the file remains locked
until I shutdown Mozilla. Shouldn't the file be unlocked when I shutdown the
address book? Thanks!

This poses some problems for me when sharing an addressbook between accounts.

Another thought on this. If it isn't being unlocked, then it is probably still
in memory. This looks like an easy way to free up some more memory leakage as
the program continues to run.

This is fixed. After I close the address book, it unlocks it and I am able to
rename the address book. (abook-8.mab is the example I am using)
