User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.6.12
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101027 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.6
The problem started today. Upon opening thunderbird the Home page i have set appears as a message with no headers etc... if i open a sub folder Ex: outbox or any such the home page navigates to that subfolder if i close Thunderbird while there regardless of folder. I KNOW IT IS NOT A PHISING OR PAGE INDUCED VIRUS AS MY HOME PAGE IS MY OWN WEB PORTAL WHICH HAS REMAINE SAME FOR YEARS.
strange. ? = Virus on Thunderbird.?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Thunderbuird.
2.go to other folder.
3.Close and open again there it is my home page.
Actual Results:
The home page appears on last opened and thunderbird closed in that folder.
NOTE I HAVE NOT RE-SET MY HOME PAGE TO ANOTHER HOME PAGE JUST TO SEE.....
and come to think of it it happened after i switched home pages from Mozzilla to my own Home page..?
Expected Results:
as expected.
sinmply opened to new messages or blank incoming messages or simply display what ever on that folder.

You probably need help from the support site, http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/support/ to help narrow this down to a specific bug programmers can fix.

The Error Never did correct itself... I changed over to Eudora mailer and later back to Thunderbird and the problem di not re-apear. I Beleive also it could of been in the settings. It was harmless but anoying to say the least.
Best of luck to any one else with this.
