Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Fennec by tapping its launcher icon.
2. Open other apps until memory is exhausted and the OS kills Fennec.
3. Open an link from another app, like Twitter, and select Fennec as the browser (or have Fennec set as your default browser).
Expected results: Fennec launches and loads the link from the other app.
Actual results: Fennec launches and shows the home page.
