Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.caltrain.com/schedules/weekdaytimetable.html
2. Try to zoom into the bottom right corner until the text is visible

Actual Results:
At first, the zoom is centered around the top right corner of the page. When the zoomed in page touches the bottom of the visible area, the zoom is centered around the bottom right of the visible area.

Expected Results:
The zoom should be centered the rectangle created by my fingers (I wish I could explain this better).
