the aero glass extends into the top of the download pane

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the download manager
Actual Results:  
The aero glass extends about half a centimeter down behind the download frame (where the download are shown)

Expected Results:  
there should have been a neat border around the download frame

I see you have a theme installed. Could you please verify if this problem reproduces in Safe Mode?

That is because I am using the nightly build.

This problem also occurs in safe mode for me.
