61116 - Alignment for Horizontal Line doesn't work

I inserted an Horizontal line and selected right alignment. After that I opened 
the horizontal line properties dialog and clicked on OK button. Then it changed 
its alignment to left.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new composer window.
2. Click on H.Line button on the Composition toolbar.
3. It inserts a H. Line with default attributes.
4. Now Click on the H. line.
5. It opens Horizontal Line properties dialog.
6. Enter 50% of window as width.
7. Select alignment as Right.
8. Click on OK button
9. Then u will find a properly aligned H Line.
10. Again Click on the H. line.
11. It opens Horizontal Line properties dialog.
12. Alignment focus come to Left.
13. Click on OK button.

Actual Results:  It inserts a left aligned line. (The alignment focus come to 
Left)

Expected Results:  It should insert a right aligned line. (The focus shouldn't 
change to left. Instead it should focus to Right alignment only)...

I don't understand what is being reported in this bug. Besides it works
perfectly on my Mozilla build 2000112304 win32. This is reported against
Netscape 6. Reporter or someone else, can you reproduce this in Mozilla?

dup of bug 57298. This was broken in NS6.
Fix was checked into the trunk on the 9th.
