The highest amount of freezes and high memory usage I get in Firefox are when multiple scripts are loading and I get "unresponsive script" errors. I often have more than one open after leaving my computer unattended for a few hours, and I have to wait for my computer to unfreeze in order to click "stop script". I think there should be a checkbox or possibly a setting in about:config to have Firefox stop scripts after the amount of time specified in dom.max_script_run_time rather than show a user prompt.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open many tabs, including some using JavaScript
Version: unspecified → Trunk
