Sorry for that. Bulgarian community would like to have a mailing-list they'd use to coordinate their work and talk about all things related to their community.

Reed: it always used to be that these went to server ops for implementation. If that has changed, instead of just moving it back, please tell me what the new procedure is, and then I won't put it in the wrong place in the first place.

The procedure hasn't changed. It's been "reassign the bug to server-ops@" since day one. :)
