User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; pt-BR; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.6.12
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; pt-BR; rv:1.9.2.12) Gecko/20101026 Firefox/3.6.12

My browser is in brazilian language (pt-BR). After accessing Ferramentas (Tools) => Complementos (Complements) => Plugins (Plugins) and checking for new plug-ins' versions, I find that this feature isn't working.

I mean, this link is not working: https://www.mozilla.com/pt-BR/plugincheck/

So I change the "pt-BR" string to "en-US":

https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/

...and then it works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a brazilian language version of the browser (pt-BR)
2. Access Ferramentas => Complementos => Plugins
3. Click the "Localizar atualizações" button
4. https://www.mozilla.com/pt-BR/plugincheck/
5. Plug-in checker won't work
6. Change "pt-BR" to "en-US". The URL becomes https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
7. Open this new URL
8. Now the plug-in checker works
Actual Results:
The plug-in checker doesn't work in pt-BR (brazilian portuguese).

Expected Results:
After reaching the step 7 the plug-in checker worked.

The plug-in checker should've worked in pt-BR, which is the default language of my browser version (3.6.12 / pt-BR).
I own a PC and I am using a different theme, but this bug doesn't seem to be related with the theme or the hardware architeture: I have already tried it using different themes and have also tried this on my Mac (using Mozilla Firefox 3.6.12, pt-BR, Mac version), and the plug-in checker still doesn't work, only the us-EN version does.
About the severity: I think it's a major problem tha tshould be fixed because most brazilians won't have the same idea I had (to modify the "pt-BR" string by the "en-US" one) and thereafter won't be able to update the complements of their browsers, like Flash, Shockwave for Director and the Java plugin.
