All pages in 4.7 show as all white with random flickering, page will show when mouse hovers over the tab in the task bar but goes white when trying to view page directly.

Reproducible: Always

FF 3.6 works flawlessly, 4.7 is unusable.

try http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode
did that solve the issue? If so it's some incompatible add-on.

Also please paste here contents of the "graphics" section of about:support page
Does it change anything if you disable "Always use hardware acceleration when available" option? If so either you have an old graphic driver or a not supported video card, we would appreciate to know about it.

Can we please see a screenshot of the weirdiness? I am very concerned about this. I'm not able to reproduce against win7 (32), it's probably an exclusive x64 issue

I forgot to tell the hw acceleration option is in Options/Advanced, General section.

Problem has NOT reappeared after numerous reboots and opening FF4.7 once in safe mode.  Have theory it was the foxtab addon but am unable to duplicate the problem.  Please dismiss the bug.
